This review is necessarily incomplete because the watch was bought as a Xmas present. So far, the service has been exemplary with prompt delivery and a free upgrade to a metal link removal tool. The watch itself looks great but I won't get the "yea or nay" until Xmas Day from the recipient. Ok, Xmas has come and gone, other half is delighted with the watch and I quote, "It's the best watch I've ever owned!" What higher praise could there be?
