Quality of the cards is excellent, as is the value. However, I now find that the website is difficult to navigate in that there are so many categories, that you have to look at them all to try and find what you want (case in point, lovely picture of a cat sitting looking out over sand dunes, and listed in coastal, but should be in pets as well). Far too many cards dedicated to relations, boyfriend etc have nice pictures, but useless because it is for someone, and cannot be used for general use. You can get these dedicated cards anywhere, and the good thing about Whistlefish used to be that you could add your own greeting, and they were different from anything else. I now find that many of the cards I liked have been discontinued, and the selection more mundane. Some of the age dedicated cards for older people are positively ugly, and I wouldn't waste money on them. Does anyone take any notice of these reviews? The last time I wrote a carefully thought out and constructive review and had an answer, I received a reply which completely missed the points I wanted to make, and the person replying obviously hadn't taken the time to read and understand what I had said and the reply made no sense at all. A couple of years ago, I gave a 10 regarding recommendation to a friend. This has now reduced to a 6.
