We've been a loyal customer for a number of years but we're disgusted with the pallet of ash logs delivered on the 15th February 2024 from Whitehorse energy/Firewood.co.uk. We found the pallet contained numerous logs no bigger then kindling and 25 logs were so decayed, not worth having. After contacting customer service and forwarding photos etc, we were told that 20-25% of logs can be below spec. Shocking!! They did not want to liaison, absolutely not interested. From my experience I suggest you stay well away from this company unless you want to pay £310 for a pallet of sticks..
