I've created an account and passed the KYC 3 year ago without any problem. I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of the trading pairs and trading tools presented on the platfrom. Mobile ios app is quite convenient and support responds on time and is quite helpful.
I would suggest to improve the platfrom's interface a little bit and add more options for balance deposit, but overall my impressions are quite positive.
