I've been using WhiteBIT for a 1 year now and overall, I like the exchange. Transactions are very fast. I completed verification in about 20 minutes — super convenient. The interface is clean and simple, but I wish there were more advanced trading features.
On the downside — there have been occasional technical issues, and a few times trading just froze.
