Same as Leroy & Daz, my 3 SIM has now gone dead too, can't make calls, send texts or use data. Paid for 24 months and got 4 lol! Awaiting my refund fron whiteplugtech LTD. If they don't, then I will file a chargeback with my card company, but to be fair to whiteplugtech LTD, they haven't made excuses.
