Trustworthy, competitive on price, skilled and helpful staff at all levels - and throroughly flexible when the plan has to change, as ours did several times. It was particularly reassuring that the Packing Team all took the trouble to introduce themselves as they arrived. They also handled and packed our stuff as if it was their own and were always willing to answer questions and advise. A genuinely first class service from an excellent firm.
