So, I've ordered from this company two times. The first time it was great. The toilet paper came on time, no problem. I like the product a lot, and the company does great stuff. The second order was a complete disaster! I ordered two items. Toilet paper and garbage bags. The garbage bags came. They were delivered on my back patio. This is after I sent an email to say my shipment hadn't arrived yet. They said they had the wrong address. I screen shot the correct address that I had given. After a couple of emails, still no toilet paper! Today is the 18th of June. I ordered, and paid, on the sixth of June!!! I texted again this morning. Hopefully, someone will respond this time, and tell me what is going on. In the mean time, I went to buy some bamboo toilet paper at the grocery store!
