Shipping perishable products via standard postal services is a poor decision. These items require refrigeration or immediate use upon arrival (e.g., grow kits), which makes long transit times unacceptable. This shows a lack of respect both for the customer and for the integrity of the product. I also left an honest review for this order on their website, but it hasn’t been published. It appears they only approve 4- or 5-star reviews, which creates the illusion of flawless service. This practice raises serious concerns about transparency and business ethics.
