I would have given 5 stars except that in my recent order for some unknown reason I got stuck at the last step of my order process and couldn't get help soon enough. A faster and easy way to solve customer problems should be provided. At least my experience of the current system is not good.
Having said that, the order was received in time and the packaging was excellent.
