the initial experience of ordering & delivery of the goods was fine, however upon receipt is where it has gone horribly wrong
parcel damaged and upon opening there were missing parts
i have contacted on email, multiple times over a few days, and ZERO RESPONSE
i have tried to call at least 20 times and no response
i want to return/cancel the item & no response
aweful customer aftercare service
