Where do I start, I placed a large order for hair salon furniture in December which didn't arrive, no tracking information and nobody answers the phone when you ring to try and find out. To cut a long story short and after having to get trading standards and the fraud team at my bank involved I eventually had my refund after 8 long weeks in which time I had to delay the opening of my new salon. The customer care is the worst I've ever come across. My advice is to stay well clear of this company . I only gave them one star as that's the only way to write a review.
