Although the product seems fine,it would have been good to have been informed when is was to be delivered. The confirmation email did say I would be informed when it had been despatched, but this didn't happen. It was pure chance that the neighbour was in and agreed to accept delivery, as there is no access to the property otherwise. Apart from that the ordering process was quick and easy and the patio set looks fine - have not been able to try it out as yet as it hasn't stopped raining!!
