I ordered a stainless steel catering table from Wido. It arrived damaged from Tuffnells couriers. Wido immediately offers me a replacement or full refund. Although I have had to scrap the table, the customer service from Wido was impeccable. I would definitely purchase again from them although I may request an alternative courier to send the goods.
