After wondering where my parcel was, a neighbour knocked on my door to say he had taken delivery of my parcel a couple of days earlier. I had not received a note through my door or an e mail from wido to say where the parcel was. As well as this the box was damaged, see attached photo. From the dimensions on the box I decided that the item was going to be too small for what I wanted it for so I contacted wido by e mail for a return for which they would only use tuffnalls at a cost of £15 or I could find my own arrangements.
