My actual shopping experience was fine, they delivered promptly when they said they would. However the quality of the bed they delivered was not good and actually already had shoddy repairs made to the wood where they had tried to cover up splits in it. It wasn’t expensive so I guess you get what you pay for, but still I’d have preferred it to have been a new bed than an obvious second or return item.
