Received prompt confirmation of order advising I would receive confirmation of despatch which I didn't get. Emailed asking for confirmation of despatch without a reply, then it was delivered next day. Although packaging had come undone, it seems everything was there although won't know until it has been put together so can't comment on quality of product yet. If everything ok would give rating of good. Only marked down due to not being advised when despatched and poor quality of packaging. Value for money seems to be good.
