I pacifically chose to purchase through wido as they guaranteed next day delivery for my daughters Xmas present,but I’m still waiting for it to be delivered 3 days after Xmas!
I contacted customer whom assured me it was out on delivery,yet when I checked the tracking myself,it says parcel at delivery depot,it doesn’t mention anything about being out for delivery.
Wido ruined my daughters Xmas!!!
