Trampoline is very good quality and quiet. I I purchased the bar for stability. The bar actually comes to centre of the trampoline and is in the way of me e.g. doing side kicks as I cannot move anymore backwards because I am then standing on the springs. Trampoline needs to be a bit bigger than it is.
