We bought a massage couch which came without instructions. The courier company were shockingly bad. We had next day delivery and waited all day, but the couch didn’t arrive - no call to let us know it wasn’t coming. The following day I got a message at 09:30 to say it was arriving between 07:00-12:00. I headed for the studio and by 12:15 it still hadn’t arrived. I phoned them again to say it still hadn’t arrived. I was told he’d be there in 10 minutes. 45 minutes later I made another call to be told he’d be then in 10 minutes. He did eventually arrive. After the driver left we opened the box to find a radiator! The driver had delivered the wrong item. Fortunately, the delivery address on the radiator box was only 2 minutes away so I shot round to find the driver delivering our massage couch to a guy that’s renovating his house. It was all sorted in the end but it was a poor and stressful experience. Additionally, the phone number is a premium rate and I ended up with a £60 bill! I'd never use again and I wouldn't recommend either - shockingly bad.
