I bought a wrought iron garden bench online. I had several questions before purchasing so sent an email. 4 or 5 days later I received a reply answering the questions satisfactorily. That night I bought the bench and within 4 days it was delivered. So all round a very good experience. The packaging is a bit battered which doesn’t give me great confidence as to the condition of what’s inside. If there’s a problem I will post another review.
