Excellent value - customer contact does need improvement Purchased my Rattan Effect Garden Cube and then I read the reviews on TrustPilot which made me worry - I needn't have. Excellent value for money, arrived after 48 hours (should be next day) but considering the COVID-19 pandemic I can forgive that. I will say the lack of quick customer service is a downfall- I didn't get a tracking number or courier name but I did receive an email back from Ellie who said the item was in transit and would be delivered the next day, in fact it was the day after that. No telephone contact doesn't help either. Well packaged and easy to assemble, thanks Wido you've made our summner!
