I’m not one to leave negative reviews but having given this company a chance to respond and rectify, then I feel that it is fair. Ordered an item Saturday afternoon (next working day delivery), still no news by Tuesday so I emailed to ask for an update. No response. Item arrived unannounced on Wednesday afternoon. It was a sofa set for outside so a heads up would have definitely been appreciated. Upon assembly, I discovered that a key part was badly damaged, and sent an email that evening along with photos. It is now Friday and I have not received one response from the company to date. I’ve waited as I know people are possible short staffed at the moment but I believe that even a holding response of some type would have been appropriate. Really disappointed and will now be asking for a refund rather than an exchange as I have no confidence in the advertised 2 year warranty and how well that would be managed.
