I have to credit the bootstrap guy from YouTube for recommending WIC.support - I followed his directions so easily that it went through without a hitch. Having PayPal was an advantage so I didn’t have to put in a credit card number and all that goes with it (identity theft risk and all that). Overall I was so happy the process took less than 15 mins and delivered 100% satisfaction. My printer showed the error message before hitting 20k pages, now I can print 20k more instead of putting it in a landfill
