It was not as easy as before to reset the count. I don't know if the software version of my epson is not compatible to the software of wic. in fact this time when you click on how many pages in printed that function does not work, not like before all the function of the wic works. Reseting the count took alot of tries in order to reset it. I hope you can improve the wic software.. thank you
