The program was easy to download, set up, and use. It allowed me to reset my printer so that I could temporarily use it. I was able to purchase new ink pad sponges to replace the old ones, purchase a reset key from this company, change out the old ink pad sponges--a simple procedure, and, reset the counters. Voila, back in business. It was very simple to do. Thank you WIC!
