Website needs upgrade. The email link still opens only in internet explorer as a rule which is now not supported by windows. The payment gateway needs to become simpler . The process for search of specific printer requirement is slightly confusing and you need to go through the whole page to make sure you've selected the right product . The utility itself is fantastic though
