I think the shoes would be great but... My first purchase, I followed the recommendation to go a half size bigger if I wanted to use insoles ...which made them too large and needed to return.
I encountered 4 different failures with return online and had to send an email to customer service. And the replacement shoe I wanted was out of stock. So you lost a customer because of all the hassel!!!! AND ALLLL THE TIME IT TOOK.
I did purchase slippers as a gift and she loved them!
