Surprisingly light. Extrodinarily comfortable. I did buy one size too large, but they still fit acceptably. I have Vivobarefoot and Xero Shoes in 44 (US 11) and ordered these in US 11 (Wilding 45 - old measuring system 44). I think 44 is my size in these shoes, but I erred on the large size secondary to my intolerance of tight toes. So far the size is close enough that I did not feel the need to exchange.
