Having being taught by Will 3 months ago, I find meditation has made me a more relaxed person. Since meditating regularly, where I would usually be tired and have broken sleep, I now find my sleeping pattern has become more structured and leaves me more motivated and energetic in everyday life.
Will is full of knowledge and a great teacher; the success stories of the people he has taught are amazing and very inspirational. Not to mention both Will & Jess are such lovely people, who are always on hand if I have any questions and/or I need further support.
