I initially went to one of Will's one hour free lectures about Vedic meditation, having unsuccessfully tried mindfulness. Although from an ancient tradition Vedic meditation technique is easy and non-religious. My reason for going was that for years I have problems sleeping. The course was about a week long & the sleeping problem disappeared almost immediately. I have be to a further course after a year which changed my mantra allowing a longer meditation.
