Overall I found the course excellent, and was extremely pleased with my experience.
I was a complete novice to meditation and decided to give it a go after some personal issues in my life. It has definitely helped me and I now feel more relaxed, slightly less stressed and less anxious.
Will and Jess were both excellent hosts throughout, and made me feel at ease with something that I was totally new to.
I now really enjoy meditating on a daily basis, and especially look forward to a 20 minute meditation when I get in from work.....it's so relaxing!
