I first attended a mediation course with Will back in June 2015 because as a mum I was on the go all the time and surviving on little sleep - I was sleepy all the time and run down. Now I don't need as much sleep as I used to as the sleep I do get it good quality and I'm in much better health. I'm calmer and able to take a step back which makes for a much better mummy, a happier household and a much better manager at work. My husband did the course recently too and when we mediate at the weekends our 5 year old joins in. Shame we can't take him on the retreat we have booked onto in February!
