I wanted to give 4 and a half stars as the service I received from Julia when I was purchasing my new home was second to none. She kept in contact on a very regular basis to see if things were going well and if there was anything she could do to help. I heard from her far more than from the agents selling my property. There was one repair that I understood would be sorted prior to completion that sadly was not undertaken, but Dan has been trying to sort this and I am happy that it will be resolved soon.
