Achieved a sale very quickly despite tough selling conditions at the time. I was based over 2 hours away from place of sale, made the whole process very easy. The lady who dealt with my sale was proactive in encouraging action from the buyers, despite their solicitors being very slow and borderline incompetent. They charge a little more than some of the bigger names, but you get a more dedicated approach, same as anything in life..... you get what you pay for!
