New online estate agents may seem appealing at the time, and cheap, but I would highly recommend that you seriously consider using a local estate agents like Wilsons. The actual selling of the property is only the first step along the journey of actually exchanging and completing and in my case, a lot of chasing up from both my Solicitor and the Buyer's Solicitor was needed. Wilsons completely took the stress out of all this by their committed after sales work as well. Unlike online ones would. They will not stop working on your property until the actual completion, which is highly commendable. It might cost you a little bit more, but in the long run, you just cannot beat the 'face to face' approach for a hassle free and stress free process. Building up a rapport is extremely important - you just can't do that with an online estate agent. In summary, high recommended, extremely professional, do all they can to help the house move along - you just couldn't ask for a nicer, trustworthy group of people.
