Wilsons valued our house at £195,000, were even prepared due to its renovated condition to market for £199,500 but we agreed on the lower as more realistic, especially when another local estate agent Webbers, wanted to market our house at £185,000 with their hope of achieving £180,000. After 4 weeks with Wilsons, our house sold for £192,500. All Wilsons staff provided excellent service, and continual accurate feedback as the house sale proceeded. I would seriously recommend and not hesitate in using their five star service again!
