They have had an IT failure! Big deal.3 weeks later they still cant access orders or communicate with their customer base to inform them whats going on. perhaps if they ha s backup as most compamies do they would not have such problems. They are unable to give refunds because they dont have access to previous orders. The big question to be asked is this " is customer personal information safe or has it been stolen?"
