I am a vegetarian and find that I have a reasonable choice from your normal selection, but am totally disgusted to find that from all MAIN MEALS offered in your Christmas catalogue, there is only ONE VEGETARIAN OPTION! We eat at Christmas too! You have a wide variety of options for gluten free customers Vegetarianism is widespread and I expected far better service from you! Whilst I’m in complaining mode, I trust you have decided to follow the requirements for CUMBERLAND sausage (80%+ minced or rough cut meat) instead of the unbelievable concoction yours contained when I checked some months ago! The Customer Service we receive is second to none! Totally reliable! Your prices are reasonable, your service convenient. We did not think to return the sausages; we threw them away! We have been customers for a considerable time , in my husband’s name, and have, somewhere, last year’s Christmas catalogue!
