I have tried hard to find something good to say about my first Oder of Wiltshire Foods. I ordered the slightly more expensive meals, by your Chefs? The main meals were edible but vegetables not satisfactory. I continue with a Coq au Vin. This was truly terrible so I rang your office and suggests your Chef get a copy of Delia. I used to cook this meal regularly and the family really enjoyed. However, I was told you mean “It is not up to your standards”. I certainly did not mean just me, so I have now cooked the last meal a Lasagna to eat . In fact I could not eat for my lunch and doubt whether my friend’s dog would allow her dog to eat either. I ended up with a jam sandwich. I am 91 and have been an administrator at a local hospital. We would never have given this quality of meals, to our elderly patients Sadly I cannot leave the apartment so have to order by telephone or On Line. In future I will return to M & S so far they have all been very satisfactory. If Charlie Bingham can provide a decent meal with all your years of practice it should not be a problem. I truly regret having to send this e-mail, the delivery service was efficient And your office staff polite and helpful. I write with sincere disappointment.
