Win 24 is a scam and I would advise people to steer clear. I never received any notifications as promised and I cancelled my direct debit when my contract ended in December. I heard nothing until July when they suddenly wrote demanding arrears. They informed me that as I didn't write to them I had been enrolled for another year and I cannot end my contract until August 2019. I will have paid for three years and have received absolutely nothing in return
