I was here last week. Waited 20 mins for a pot of tea. Splitting the food and drinks order is ridiculous. The old way worked better. The ticket system sends the drinks to the wrong table. The staff are hapless,not engaged - all youngsters with an opaque attitude. One guy actually snapped at me when I asked where my tea was? Where are the old staff? Have they been sacked? Bringing in new IT systems and a new broom has not worked.
