Ordered the N/S heated mirror for Audi A6 C7 2013 as per the website. The backplate is incorrect as it doesn't have the two wings to clip into the recesses in the mirror housing. I've had remove the glass from your backplate and glue to my existing one to complete the replacement. The removal was far to easy and obviously wouldn't have lasted long on the vehicle before it separated once again. I've had to use a heavy duty adhesive to achieve the desired result. Quick, cheap and easy service but incorrect fitting supplied. (See pic, genuine Audi backplate, top right)
