The mirror I ordered was incorrect for my vehicle (2 series BMW versus 2 series Grand Coupe BMW, so I asked David if I could send it back to swap or for a refund. He did not have the required pattern in stock at short notice, so he gave a full refund immediately without requiring the sent mirror to be returned.
