I am not very 'mechanically minded', but ordering the replacement glass section of my wing mirror was very straightforward. I put in my registration number, and it told me what I needed. It arrived very quickly, despite warnings that coronavirus issues might slow things down. I also felt the price was very reasonable, and included p&p, rather than that being an add-on.
