Mirror arrived on time and well packaged.....but when I came to fit the mirror I found the connectors (heated mirror) for the wires were loose.....very loose, so much so I had to use insulation tape to hold the wires and the connectors together. I also found that although at lower speeds the mirror was fine as soon as I went above 45mph the mirror would fall of the mounting and no matter how hard I tried or how secure it seemed it would keep falling off. In the end I used insulation tape to hold the mirror in place. Overall I am very disappointed with the mirror I received.
