I am not a regular purchaser from Winser however when I have purchased I have been totally delighted with the service and quality of the product. The online service is efficient and trustworthy and customer service staff are easily reached and most helpful even providing cashmere washing advice. The softness and luxury of the cashmere and woollen products are wonderful. I have full confidence in any purchase and if not suitable the returns process is hassle free.
