I paid for them 12/2022 to remove a conviction from several years ago. After they got my money, I stopped hearing from them. When I asked for updates by email, I got no response. I tried to call them and left a message. No one returned my call. I sent a certified letter, I got no response. My record is exactly the same as it was and I am out $1300. I am not the only one. Go to Yelp or the BBB and see all the people who have been ripped off by this company.
