I paid them $1,800.00 and kept getting delays and our account got a new "handler" and excuse after excuse.. and when i asked for my money back, (because it was guaranteed or my money back) they began ignoring all my emails, calls, Facebook messages and even pushed out my scheduled appointments that I made through an automated appointment book. At this point I just want my money back so I can go somewhere else.
