I bought a replacement wiper blade and plastic arm that is one piece and unfortunately, AusPost managed to break the first one inside the padded bag, upon contacting Wipers Direct by the contact portal I received a reply to my request for a replacement and they sent one out express post in another padded bag and this one arrived intact, so great follow up service to my problem. The second one did arrive in one piece but the arm still managed to pop out in one section which is just a matter of pushing the hinged arm section together and it clips back in. I have only rated them at 4 out of 5 stars because of the packaging problem and I can see that without a tube of cardboard placed around the wiper arm, and then put in the bag, it will be a hit-and-miss affair with AusPost.
